Mike and Monica (on the loose in Georgetown)

I had a really fun time last night working with Mike and Monica, I was totally yearning for one of these truly fun Seattle summer shoots. I know these two from the days of Picnik glory. Mike is a cofounder of the amazing photo editing tool, that I still use for so many of my editing needs.

I asked them how they had met and they entertained me with their awesome story. Two techies, working for Microsoft with the same last name. Mike and Monica soon became the unstoppable Harrington duo. 21 years of marriage and they are still just as happy and fun as a pair of newlyweds. Check out the photos! 

I felt obligated to truly "picnik" one of the photos... the shades felt appropriate. 

Stephanie and Matt

Seattle couple Stephanie and Matt are on the cutting edge of awesome. Yesterday afternoon the sun was spillen it's guts and the wind was blowen around good vibes. We strolled around upper Queen Anne,  used their super rad sunglasses as props, and the smell of world class doughnuts and fire roasted pizza was in the air. This was a really cool engagement session, and Emily and I are totally stoked to shoot Stephanie and Matt's wedding this fall. 

Brian and Monica

A wonderful Capital Hill photo shoot, one of my favorite places in Seattle to hit the streets armed with a camera. Brian and Monica are adventurous and so fun to photograph. Emily and I are thrilled to be photographing their wedding this coming summer. It's always a blast working with a creative, fun couple, and believe me when I say these two put up with my crazy ideas, and beyond! Emily and I had a great afternoon getting to know Brian and Monica, and are totally excited about how their photos turned out, can't wait for their Seattle wedding!

Adam and Ashley

Adam and Ashley are getting married in July, and yesterday we spent the day in Fremont documenting their engagement. I can't wait to photograph their outdoor wedding this summer. When Ashley told me yesterday she didn't mind if it rained a bit during the session, I knew we were in business :) These two are fun, young, and just plain awesome... ahhhh to be young and in love! Congratulations Adam and Ashley! 

For He's A Jolly Good Fellow (happy birthday Michael!)

Great party on Capital Hill last night to celebrate a birthday, nothing but happiness and good vibes. I had a fabulous time documenting this event. Michael is a great guy with a group of friends who love him dearly... now that's a wonderful way to celebrate life. Pictured directly below is the birthday boy and his boyfriend.
